You must be at least 18 years old to use FTPals. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Your username is permanent and publicly visible on leaderboards.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FTPals only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false or misleading FTP test data
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service

4. Content Ownership

Your FTP test data remains yours. By submitting data, you grant FTPals a license to display it on leaderboards and for service improvement.

5. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
